Before hiring someone else to pressure wash your property, we recommend that you ask the following questions:

Are you insured?
Do you “Soft Wash” houses?
Is pressure washing your primary business?

If any one of the answers to these questions are “no”, we highly recommend hanging up the phone!  It is easy to cause extensive damage to a house, deck, or fence by using the wrong chemicals or too much pressure.  Also, safeguard your investment by hiring an insured professional who is dedicated to the pressure washing industry in case there is a problem. 

Beware of ads that offer $99 pressure washing for any size house!  In most cases, this is someone who purchased a pressure washer from the hardware store, is inexperienced, and looking to make extra money on the side.  If, or when, they damage your property, it is likely that you will not be able to find them again, or won’t realize the damage immediately and will get stuck with the expense.
